Hello fellow bloggers, dieters and fitness fanatics!Tomorrow is 1.1.11 and it's time to start working on those resolutions. My weight has been up and down all my life and this year that stops. I joined Weight Watchers again - did it before and lost over 55lbs. I've also set fitness goals for myself; on April 3rd I have registered for my first 5k and tomorrow I begin my training. My goal is to run in a 10k by the end of the year and a Half Marathon sometime next year.
Anyone have any similar resolutions/goals?
