I weighed in today and while WW says I gained 0.2lbs, let it be known that when I weighed myself at home stark naked, I was 159.7. So I am going to keep telling myself I have officially broken 160. Either way, I am just grateful that my weight wasn't a worse number this week. After spending nearly a week and a half with Matt's (mid western) parents, it was VERY difficult to eat the way I wanted to. I am proud of myself to pretty much have maintained and not gained during that time.This week I am going to focus on eating more chicken and drinking more water. I've been bad about training for my 5k the past week, but I'll be up first thing in the morning to go for a run.
