During my "First Week: A Loss!" blog, I promised that I would reveal my new found breakfast with you. Since starting my day with these, I can honestly say I feel sooooooo good. I feel energized, healthy, alert and just really really GOOD. So here it is.....
My new favorite breakfast:
It's called a green monster, and YES it's green! :)
I happened to stumble across a blog that has totally captivated my heart and introduced me to the Green Monster.
What is the Green Monster you ask? Well...I'll leave you to learn all The Green Monster Movement here.
My Green Monster above has:
Banana Nut protein powder ---obviously good for protein and keeping me full
Organic Spinach – loaded with vitamins and antioxidants, excellent source of iron
Blueberries – antioxidants, good for your brain and eyes
Banana – good source of fiber, potassium and other vitamins/minerals
Chia seeds – add healthy omega-3's to your diets, helps support brain health
Milk & Ice
And for any Weight Watchers out there....my Green Monster is 5pt+ (and delish!!!)
